Shipping Info

Shipping:

We ship all orders via USPS. Our standard shipping and handling rates allow for your comic books to be shipped via USPS Priority shipping (USPS Priority is 2-3 days transit time) and your graphic novels to be shipped USPS Media Mail (USPS Media is 3-9 days transit time). Orders usually leave our warehouse with in 24 hours of payment confirmation from Pay Pal. Please allow 24-72 hours for very large orders to be processed, especially during high volume shopping seasons. Orders of 100 comics from our regular inventory (weekly specials do not add to the book total for free shipping) or more are eligible for free Parcel Post shipping (USPS Parcel Post is 4-10 days transit time).

We currently do not ship internationally. (We do ship to Canada.)

Graphic Novels are not eligible for free shipping nor do graphic novels count towards the 100 comic book count for free Parcel Post Shipping.
We do not ship graphic novels to Canada at this time.

Insurance

We will gladly insure your entire order for its full purchace price via USPS Insurance for the nominal charge of $2.00.

Packaging:

When shipping your books we take the utmost care to insure the condition of your books upon arrival.

All our books are bundled in lots of up to 15 books in a standard comic or magazine bag with a backing board. The bundle is then securely affixed to a ridged cardboard backer. Orders of up to 15 comics are then affixed to a 2nd ridged cardboard backer, sandwiching the books between the 2 pieces of cardboard, placed in a cardboard mailing envelope, then shipped. Larger orders are bundled in the same manor, but stacked in a large ridged cardboard shipping box that is form fitting to the card boarded bundles to not allow sliding or shifting during shipping. Please note that for extremely large orders that have opted for free parcel post shipping, we reserve the right to use alternate packaging methods to accommodate the orders size, but still retain the same packaging integrity.

All orders are accompanied by an easy to read invoice.

Will Call

For those customers that would rather not have their order shipped and would prefer to pick it up in person, we do offer a Will Call option. There is no charge for Will Call and therefore you will incur no shipping and handling charges on your order if you select the Will Call option for shipping during the shopping cart check out process. If you choose to use Will Call for your order we will contact you when your order has been pulled and packaged and arrange a time for pick up. Please make sure that you leave the correct contact phone # in the text entry field when choosing the Will Call option. In the event that we cannot contact you via phone, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail, and as a last resort, snail mail. Any special contact instructions can also be left in the Will Call text entry field (i.e. Please call after 6pm EST. Please call weekends only. etc.) We do ask that all Will Call orders be picked up with in 30 days after the order has been pulled and packaged.
